Sam – Bungle Bungles

After we finished the Gibb River Road we arrived in Kununurra.  We went to the Bungle Bungles in a plane.  I woke up at 7am and got ready.  I was picked up by the Aviair courtesy bus and went to the airport.  The plane we flew in was called a Cessna Grand Caravan prop jet.

We were in the air by 9am and flew over Lake Argyle and saw it’s largest island that was shaped like a fresh water crocodile.  The flight took about 1 hour and even though the airstrip was dirt it was a smooth landing.

I got picked up by a tour bus and went to do some walks.  We went walking in Cathedral gorge.  In the gorge the rocks were coloured vivid orange and black.  When we got to the end of the gorge we had a delicious lunch that consisted of cold pasta, egg, cheese cubes and salad.  James’ lunch threw a temper tantrum and exploded in the Esky carrier.  Even his apple by his very high standards was inedible.  In total the day was excellent but they could have done to bituminize the road to make them smoother.  Corrugations are never a big treat in fact whoever invented them would have to be the dumbest person in the entire universe.

See you in 5 months,

from Sam.

  1. Hi Sam,
How about inventing a way to stop corrugations. It should not be too hard!
How would you do it in MineCraft. Do aircraft have corrugations?
Bungle Bungles look like very big, bad corrugations!
